Broadbeach Bulls can cater for parties of any size or style and our friendly, professional team are here to help you create the perfect package for you, your family & friends or your colleagues. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a much larger shindig the club offers some great solutions for your party or get together.
Barefoot bowls
Always a winner with all ages! Just $10 per player gets you 2 hours on the green and includes all equipment required to play plus a staff member to get you started with bowls. Sessions run from 9am to 9pm in summer, for 9+ years but remember to arrive early as your Barefoot Bowls session starts at the booking time for 2 hours and then the green is rebooked for the next group. We would recommend playing in teams of 4 against 4 per rink (lane) and we can fit up to 56 people per green. Check out the full rules here: Barefoot Bowls Rules
Catering your party or function
Whatever your taste and pocket our Bistro offers a range of catering options to suit. From hot and cold platters, that can be enjoyed outside whilst bowling, to a range of delicious canapés which you can customise to your guests.
Heroes Bar & a Barbie!
If you've got a larger party (min 50 people) you can hire our 'Heroes Bar'. This exclusive outdoor area comes with ample shaded seating and a $200 hire charge includes your own personal bar person. A great outdoor space, especially if you fancy a classic Aussie barbie!
Dining under the fairy lights
Looking for a sit down meal then consider our roast carvery, our air-conditioned indoor terrace complete with twinkling fairy lights and private outdoor balcony is available for just $200. With seating for up to 100 this is the perfect answer for those larger office parties.
STILL undecided...
... we also have the option of an assortment of sharing bites from our Matadors Menu (such as pizzas, chips and wedges) for those who get peckish when bowling.
If you have any special catering requests or food requirements our chef and functions co-ordinator are on hand to assist you where possible.

... last, but certainly not least... we all need a bit of festive cheer after this very stressful year; so come and celebrate with us.
Our functions co-ordinator will be able to discuss various options for your guests as well as setting up any drinks tab with the bar staff and ensuring that everyone has a wristband.

Functions areas Booking Deposit 10% non-refundable
PLATTERS: Minimum 20 people, Minimum 10 x serves of any platter. Catering full prepayment required a week prior.
Additional costs may apply if platters requested out of normal kitchen opening hours
BBQ: Minimum 20 people. Booking Deposit 10% non-refundable + $150 for Private Chef to cook BBQ onsite in Heroes outdoor area (if avail)
Music and outside lights must be off by 9pm
CHRISTMAS MENU & ROAST CARVERY: Minimum 20 people. Payment required in full a week prior.
